Things to Note Before Your Hearing Evaluation:

• All evaluations are by prior appointment.
• Clinic hours are from 10 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Appointments can be scheduled via phone or in person.
• For pediatric evaluations, parents are required to provide a physician’s prescription for sedation dosage, as some objective hearing tests require sedation.
• Please bring any relevant medical records and prior evaluation reports.
• Arrive on time for your appointment and avoid scheduling tests if you are suffering from any contagious conditions.
